After the acquisition of Lofrans’, Max Power and Nuova Rade by LALIZAS there was a race against time for every company to become 100% operative again and enter the market dynamically.

In a short period of time and under strategic and methodical actions, Lofrans’, Max Power and Nuova Rade have managed to get back on track regarding the production of the products they expertise and their delivery time table. Many product orders for anchor windlasses (by Lofrans’) and boat thrusters (by Max Power) have been dispatched and the production center of Nuova Rade has already been set in action.
